If you have still not received an email, there are several likely reasons:
- First, you changed email addresses and we have your old one.
- Second, you have more than one email address in our database and the software was unable to separate them.
- Third, it went into your junk mail.
- Fourth, your ISP thought it was junk before your own email software had a chance to evaluate it.
We are going to fix as many cases as we can find of the second reason and resend those, but in the meantime, if you still haven't gotten your email:
- Please contact your commissioner and he or she will give you the correct information.
- PLEASE do not create a new account. If your daughter played in SYAC before, we have a registration number and password for her.
If you have received the email and are unable to log in, you need to check the password carefully. The best idea is to copy it from the email and paste it into the required field on the web page. If you're not familiar with copy-and-paste, ask your daughter. She probably is.
When you log in, please have a copy of your credit card bill handy so that when you enter your street address, it is exactly as it appears on your statement. As we are a non-profit organization, we have stringent requirements for validating information in order to avoid losing lots of money to credit card fees. If this information is incorrect, your card will be denied. Your diligence will assure your child’s registration and help SYAC keep its costs under control.
