Wildcats tame Square Feet Sluggers, 30-19

Robbins Lane Far Field, 6 May 2008—The warm evening led to hot bats for the Wildcats. Isabel Henn led off the lineup and couldn't stop getting those hits.
April Grossman, Kristen LaBianca and Lexie Pagoto played excellent defense to help the Wildcats. Samantha Cocchi started her season after a short illness with super batting and fielding. The Square Feet Sluggers were tough opponents in a great game.

Warriors Edge Wildcats, 19-18

Robbins Lane Far Field, 15 May 2008—It was the second dual for the Wildcats and Warriors in PinkWildcats Stephanie Coundouris, Danielle Feinstein and Kristin LaBianca put up some great offense with their bats.

Sophie Golden, Isabel Henn and Jessica Levy used their gloves and accurate arms for excellent defensive play. The game was close - tied in the top of the sixth. The Warriors in Pink worked their bats and prevailed - what a great game!!!

Wildcats Maul Molars, 24-19

Robbins Lane Far Field, 19 May 2008—After a beautiful picture, the Wildcats and The Smile Station Mighty Molars took to the field on a blustery night. The Mighty Molars came to play and the Wildcats had to respond. Jenna Strudler snagged a high pop fly as the crowd watched in amazement. Lexie Pagoto used her speed on the bases to add to the Wildcats April Grossman's and Alexandra Garry's clutch hitting. The Mighty Molars rallied in the top of the sixth, but it wasn't enough - another great game to watch!

Wildcats over Divas, 19-18

Baylis East Field 21 May 2008—Another overcast cool evening for the Wildcats and Diva Girls showdown.

The game heated up quick with the Diva Girls ripping the cover off the balls while batting. The Wildcats hung in there with great defense from Sophia Henn and Samantha Cocchi.

As darkness loomed over the field, it was another close game right into the 6th inning. Lexie Pagoto, Sophie Golden and Alexandra Garry poured on the offense to win the game. A great game with a nail-biter of a finish.

A good old-fashioned SYAC Slugfest at Robbins Lane

What a perfect night and a great game happened!! The Square Feet Sluggers came to play and Wildcats had to play their hearts out.

Back and forth the hits kept coming - Sophia Henn, Danielle Feinstein and Stephanie Coundouris provided some numbers for the Wildcats. Back from her high seas adventure, Madelyn Ma raced around the bases to add to the Wildcats' total. Jenna Strudler, Alexandra Garry, and April Grossman added RBI's for the Wildcats in a terrific offensive battle. All the fans were on the edge of their seats - the Wildcats clung to the lead till the end.

Wildcats scrape by Molars

Another beautiful evening for SYAC softball with The Smile Station Mighty Molars facing the Wildcats in their second meeting on the diamond.

The Wildcat's Danielle Feinstein and Kristen LaBianca put up some great offense with their bats and Sophie Golden, Isabel Henn and Jessica Levy used their gloves and accurate arms for excellent defensive play.

Lexie Pagoto and Stephanie Coundouris used their speed on the bases to aid the Wildcats. The Smile Station Mighty Molars shut down the Wildcat's offense with some terrific defense plays. Again in the sixth, the Wildcat's narrowly escaped a loss in front of a record crowd - great game!
