The SYAC Girl's Softball is excited to announce that for the 2020 Softball Season that our Senior Division will be playing in the 135 Inter-League with Plainview, Bethpage, Farmingdale, and Plainedge.  Our Senior division in the past was capped at 8th grade, but we are now opening registration up to 12th grade. There will be 2 different age groups (6th-7th Graders and 8th-12th Graders).

In setting up teams for the Senior League, we work hard to create balanced teams, rather than simply putting kids together with their friends, as we do when they're in our Instructional League. At this age, we strongly discourage parents from trying to get their children on the same teams as friends, for whatever reason. This is a competitive league, and, as such, fairness is a key to making it fun, and inclusive, for all kids. And in the course of playing a season in SYAC, strangers always become friends.
